"I really wanted to love this place. My first time visiting, Wendy did an amazing job on my mani/pedi and brows. I booked an appointment for the next visit and walked in without my appointment being satisfied by her. What’s the point of making an appointment with a specific tech and that person doesn’t service you? I decided to leave. I gave them another try and I’m done. The older male did my mani/ pedi and now I have the WORST hangnails from him failing to file my nails properly after application. Wendy did a great job on my brows but it doesn’t balance out to continue going there. I loved Wendy’s work but the rest…I will pass."
