"Caution: If you're considering purchasing a new truck from Stivers, especially one that has been on the lot for a while, be wary. Make sure you drive the at highway speeds. I bought a vehicle on January 31, and there was significant vibration above 35 mph on the way home. Attempted to address the issue by calling them, but they gave me a run around. When I brought the truck in on a Saturday, they claimed no weekend warranty work and finally brought it in on a Tuesday. Despite replacing three of the four tires, the vibration persists after two weeks in the shop. I've owned the truck for four weeks, two of which it spent in the shop, and the problem remains unresolved. If you're considering a purchase, ensure there are no issues beforehand, as post-purchase support is lacking. The sole positive aspect of the dealership is the finance professional. They are highly professional and don't pressure you into purchasing additional products. Post-purchase, good luck getting in touch with anyone for answers. Despite multiple daily calls and voicemails, there's been no return call. Any dealership can shine during the purchase, but truly great ones ensure your satisfaction and handle any issues that arise afterward – an aspect this dealership seems to lack."
