"Wanted to like this place but I saw the lady double dipping the wax for a Brazilian. When I asked her if that’s what she was doing, she kept telling me I was crazy. Also, I had a Groupon for $20 off and she ended up charging me an extra $20 for hard wax. Never have I ever been charged extra for hard wax. Insane."

"Sana threaded my eyebrows three weeks ago and they still look fantastic! I’m taking my girls there as well to get theirs done. We may even try lashes. Sana is very sweet and the atmosphere is very inviting. I live 30 minutes away but will return for the great customer experience I had. Definitely go check this place out!!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for Friday at 10:30am. Showed up at 10:30am and the place was closed.....even though the sign said they open at 10am. Did I mention I had an appointment as well?? Called the numbers on the door and nobody answered. Ridiculous. Save your time and give your money to another small business.....plenty of good small businesses out there. Unfortunately this is not one of them!!"
