"Worst service ever don't bring your car here they take forever to get it fixed. My car was in there 3 weeks I needed a water hose and something is still not right I'm taking it back tomorrow."

"Made an appointment for next day. Waited 8 hours to find out the car would not be ready until the next day after that. Was told they would work on the car at 1 p.m., didn't happen when I called to check on it at 4:30 p.m. If they provided a rental car on the spot for the the trouble, I would pay $40 instead of $25 Diagnostic. Just a thought to consider for improvement the business."

"Customer service sucks! The young sounding lady that answers the phone Attitude is horrible. I was referred by a mutual friend to Shermans and after speaking with the young lady on the phone I absolutely did not want to take my vehicle there for any service. After hanging up the phone because of her bad manners on the phone and speaking with the mutual friend She called my number back again! So unprofessional and til this day I have not received a callback from there about my vehicle and it's okay! To me customer service is the face of any business... I clearly rate 2"

"Took a blue camaro in for service. They have some young teenager female that has no business working behind the desk. They took my car in to replace the engine,told me they would have my car back in 3 weeks and took two months. They never called or said why it's gonna take long. When I was call to pick it up,the girl had a terrible attitude saying I need to come pick up my car cause it was ready and to bring $350 more cause he had to do some extra work. She couldn't explain it and said I needed to talk to Sherman. So I asked her to put him on the phone and she said he's too busy to come to the phone. With an attitude,so after I explained how crazy this was,she ..this little hood girl curse me out and hung up the phone in my face. After having my car longer than expected,...I I paid them and said I'll never bring my car back here again."

"I don't know where these people on hear get out of lying about this place but it's horrible. For one,I took my black dodge magnum there and needed head work on my engine. These people told me it will be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. I didn't get my car back until 3 months later. They didn't call me and to tell me anything. I had to threat not to get it fixed before they started working on it. Said the mechanic were in jail. They had some ratchet girl answering calls that talk like she's from the projects with no education getting an attitude and on the day I come to pick up the car,I was told I had to pay an extra $238 cause they had to order another part for my car but forgot to call me before doing extra work. These people are ratchet and unprofessional. I'm from the west side and would rather drive to the north side for service. These people are cut throat. Please don't waste ur time and money dealing with these people. I shouldn't have to wait that long for my vehicle when their like 4 or 5 mechanics there. Sherman as well. Great attitude and guy but bad and horrible business man. Horrible customer service."
