"Don't waist your time!!!! Let me explain so this place is now apart of DON DUNCAN AUTO!! And it shows, i called way ahead of time about an electrical issue concerning my Mercedes-Benz i was told to just bring it over drop it off and it would be the first vehicle to check the next day needless to say 2 weeks later my car had not moved! So i called to get an update as to what in the world is going on and each and every time i got another excuse after the next mean while vehicles coming and going by the day! So i became that customer by the 2.5 week mark and called each and every day! Why because you wanted to waste my time now I'm about to show you what your working with! By the end of the week i had my car back and the electrician told me to my face that he just started working there 2 days ago and that he apologized for the companies unprofessional behavior :) and i will never be coming back again!"
"My son bought a car from this place. Eventually we were told by a dealer of this type of car, Brewbaker Kia, it had been a flood car. Aysam sold it to us with a clear title. We eventually settled this issue outside of the court system."
"After an online search for German Auto repair shops in the area, Aysams came up as one of my options to call. It was almost 8am, so I thought I maybe able to speak to someone, since most repair shops open early. This lady answered, I began to explain my situation. Then she very rudely cut me off stating there not open yet! Didn't give me a time to call back, or even attempted to get my information, just blurted out were closed! When asked if they worked on German Auto's, she said they were full and wouldn't be able to even look at my car until next week. Before I could ask her for a referral to another shop she hung up! I thought that was very rude, and showed a lack of customer service not to mention appreciation for my potential business. My car had broken down on the side of the road near their shop and had a tow truck I was trying to direct the best shop for repairs. Guess I dodged a bullet not doing business with them!"
"A few weeks ago I took my wife's BMW in for repair. The lady at the front desk whose name is Gail very kindly and politely wrote down all the information concerning the automobiles problem. I told her that it either was a bad u-joint or bad constant velocity joint. The car had a vibration around 45 miles per hour. All of this information she wrote down on the order. Within an hour or so she called me with a list of parts and labor that was needed. The list was long and well over $2,000. I elected to have them do most of the repairs to the tune of $1,500. When we picked up the car the vibration was still the same. We scheduled the next week to have it checked again. Again I told Gail of what I believed to be the problem. Gail stopped me in mid-sentence raising her hands [much like you would do if someone was about to run over a curb] then told me "we know what we're doing". Shortly thereafter Aysam himself called me and told me it would be best if I took it to the local BMW dealership and paid the standard $100 diagnostic fee. I agreed to do this. The diagnostic showed exactly what I had thought all along which was a bad universal joint. Aysam kindly offered to cover the cost of Labor to fix the problem. I returned the following week with not only a universal joint but the complete drive shaft. I was able to locate a source and saved hundreds of dollars rather than going through the dealership. I begin to tell Gail where I made this purchase thinking it might be of interest. Again she stopped me mid-sentence and said " it makes no difference to us, we don't care where you bought it." . I would have given this place a higher rating but Gail's rudeness and unprofessional behavior is not acceptable."
"Great shop. Helped me get my 500hp Saab 9-5 back on the road after I experienced a fuel pump failure on the way home to Texas."
