"I bought a new Prius (harder then hens teeth to find) I was having great trouble with the car play Went to service department, they said I nya salesman. Since they don’t teach service people how to do this stuff Ok go find a salesman, he said why did you buy this here, I said cause you don’t have one He chuckled and said yeah they are hard to get He said he couldn’t figure out what the problem was and I should take it to service department Oh well does this surprise you about Serra I bought it in Rainbow City, and recommend others to trade there"

"I responded to a Facebook post for a 2022 TRD 4runner, and the only price amount on the post was the down payment. So i ask for the full price and they responded by kinda brushing off that question and proceeded to ask me for my information so i can test drive it and i responded that i didnt ask for a test drive and he responded "If you don’t want to come check out the vehicle why would I entertain you?" Then he said "I’m looking for buyers not window shoppers". Very unprofessional"
