"Never been able to get the same haircut twice with the same instructions. Asked if they could clean up my beard but not take off too much length because I'm growing it out. She just went in with the trimmer and it was already too late before I realized. I'd be less upset if it looked decent, but it's uneven and she didn't clean up my neck. Highly recommend somewhere else."
