"Two hours to change a tire that was ordered and prepared DAYS prior. The only reason I got any updates was because I asked after an hour if they had even started on it yet. They had, but it still took an hour to actively change a tire. I could have done it myself in 20 minutes. It's a shame because the service side is good, very nice people, but the mechanics are slow and they clearly have no form of triage system."
