"This was my second time having my car serviced at this location. I understand that due to the shortage of employees wait times may be longer than usual, but I had an appointment at 8:00 am on a Saturday and did not leave until almost 9:45 (they open at 8:00). The service was just an oil change, and they advertise complementary vacuuming and car wash as well. The interior of my car was not touched; the leaves from the bottom of my shoe that morning were still hanging out in the driver's side floorboard. If you promise a service, a service should be performed. The reason I gave two stars and not one was because of my advisor that day, Shun. She was very helpful and kind and I appreciated her sunny demeanor on a rainy Saturday morning."
