"Just an average experience. I didn’t hate it but I won’t be a regular here. I booked cut and style for an important shoot for my debut book - upon arrival, I was introduced to another stylist, not someone I told I was booked with on the phone. The receptionist took detailed notes when we talked days prior. But in the end, I didn’t really get a cut to freshen up my look at all. I did say I wanted to cut only the ends without changing the style so maybe that was the misunderstanding. Styling was just okay - the stylist was totally lovely but seemingly less than a couple years behind a chair. I showed a picture of how I usually curl my hair at home but by the time I got into my car and looked into the mirror, I just had a regular blowout with wavy, not curly hair as desired. The stylist complained many times while I sat in the chair that they couldn’t get my curl to hold but that’s precisely why I came to the salon. I grew confused when they started brushing through my hair at the end… because I wanted curls. Anyway. I didn’t expect a junior stylist and was ready to pay for expert service to attain the result I needed. My perception as a customer was simply that I was downgraded to a junior stylist because the task seemed easy, but the appointment was actually for one of the most important events of my career."

"I love Studio 21 Salon!! Everyone is so kind and the stylists are ALL excellent. I go to Brooke for my color/cut/style and my 13 year old son loves Leah for his cut. Also, I love to drop in for just a blowout for a special occasion or just to treat myself! You’ll LOVE this salon and the people. I highly recommend it!!! Do yourself a favor and try it!!"

I always go in and tell her to do whatever she thinks is best, and I love my cut every time!
