"I give Ruby's Nails a 1. She didn't even ask me what kind of nails I wanted. I realy wanted frenched stilleto nails.They talked about my feet in Vietnamese. How i know is because the guy was looking at me after she said toe and other things in Vietnamese. When I asked for French tip on my toes she said out loud that my toe nails where crooked and jacked the price. I even have bubbles in my nail. Me my family nor friends will never ever go there. Poor customer service."

"I had previously had a gel pedicure done but had to return for touch up because nail polish thin/streaky and parts of nail without polish at all. On my return, the employee (assuming owner) was very rude and blamed it on the polish and color I had chosen. Deciding that everyone can have a bad day, I returned for another pedicure but I can tell you I will not do it again. Once again the owner (?) was very sarcastic and rude to me. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER SALONS IN THIS AREA FOR ME TO PAY TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. WILL BE ADVISING FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN GOING THERE TO DO THE SAME."

"The owner is rude. The interns can't even paint nails. They force you to ger your nails done while u are trying to enjoy your pedicure. I went there for the longest then they just got more business and dont care about customer's. Nails will lift in week and they will Balme u for using lotion. WILL NEVER GO BACK"

"I had a last minute realization that my nails should be done since I was going to be in my best friends wedding. The day I was leaving for the rehearsal dinner (at 12) I called them at 9 am to see if they could take a walk-in. I got there at 10 and they were doing my nails within 30 minutes. This is the first nail salon to do my SNS so well and so quickly. Not a single mistake and done under 30 minutes. The picture I attached is 2 weeks after I got them done and they still look this good. Normally they’d look way worse and be coming off by now had I gone somewhere else. My pedicure was with regular polish and still looks impeccable as well. If I wasn’t a broke college student, I would 100% be a regular at this salon. (The prices are not bad!) They were very kind and accommodating. 11/10!!"
