"Great Product! I used Monstaliner after scouring forums for the best full body Rhino-liner alternative. The Roller kit worked out perfectly and the color has held up great over the past 3 years. Hasn't faded or chipped and that is hard to beat. I didn't have any direct communication with the company so i cannot speak to the customer service aspect. But they shipped in a timely manner and it all arrived without incident."

"Awesome product, but such bad customer service that it makes it almost unusable. Good luck if you need to get a hold of these guys in the middle of an application because they never answer their phone. And yes COVID was an excuse two years ago, it's not anymore. I wish one of the big brands would just buy them out because has the product's great but obviously these guys don't do a good job at running a business. You can't even leave a message most of the time, not to mention if you do they won't get back to you whether you reach out to them by voicemail or email. And they'll tell you just to try the Facebook group but it's off in the blind leading the blind, The actual guys don't answer questions"

"Wow!! Where do I begin? I would not have put even 1 star review for this company. I purchased the monstaliner bedliner paint. I have done this many times on my trucks but never tried this particular product! Not only did i follow the instruction to a T the product went stiff in mid application. I contacted the company to figure out what happen and how they could help me fix the product to continue the application. I sent pictures and videos explaining exactly what I did. First I must say the person answering the phone was nice the first two times but then gave me the run around . When i asked to speak to a manager she stated she was the manager, then admitting she wasn't and that she would give him the message to call me back. I called several time and got the "hes in a meeting" "he will review the videos i sent" etc.... still no calls back. I do not recommend this product OR company at ALL. I wasn't looking for a free product, I was actually going to buy another one as soon as the person could explain to me what was the issue that cause the product to go stiff after an hour.The front desk person " Brooklyn" was the rudest most unprofessional front desk person I think I have ever encountered and I know business, this is the right way to drive customers away from your business. Do yourself a favor. Buy from a reputable business and research the reviews before you buy. I give this business an F- you won't get another $189 from me or my fellow truckers. All you had to do was to take my call. I am leaving a review with BBB this way consumers will be aware and will not make the same mistakes I made."
