"Would give 10 stars if I could. Our 12 year old shower door needed new seals and when we called customer service we got a live person right away who could help us. He (Kevin) sent the correct parts we needed at no charge. They arrived quickly, were easy to install, and now we're all set. Very pleased with the whole experience. "I’ve tried multiple times to set up an account. Left around 10 messages with the sales rep to get it started, even before they were understaffed. Never got a call or email back. Then their parent company, Oldcastle, calls and tried to set up an account with me for their other plant, and when I asked “Well what about Coral?”, they said “oh we have been getting complaints about them so we are just reaching out for our other plant directly.” That’s embarrassing and also pretty dumb, just go in and fix the issues, you’re a billion dollar company. Would’ve bought glass from here but instead I guess I’ll stick with the better customer service and quality at OTM glass and HMI cardinal. Shop elsewhere."
