"Went in for a pedicure 1/8/24. The wait wasn’t long but I will not be back. The guy who had done my nails used 3 different tools to scrape the dead skin off. First he used the usual stone thing everywhere uses. Then he used the grater thing. He managed to scrape the skin off my ankle and left me with a scab. Then used a hard brush and scrubbed super hard. He didn’t get any cuticle or dead skin off my toes. The main reason I get a pedicure is because I have “ingrown toenails” and I really enjoy getting a pedicure done to get the skin out from my toenails that I can’t. I had my feet in scalding hot water for about 5 minutes. I said something about the water being so hot and my feet never went back in the water. He also painted the gel polish all over my toes with the clear coat drying around several of my toes. I had to file sharp edges off myself. He also used an electric file in my natural nail to the point I have scabs around my cuticle on some of my toes. Poor experience all around."

"My 17 year old cousin went to get her nails cut down and polished for graduation. The guy there named Thomas tricked her into getting gel polish which she had not requested. While looking through the colors on the wall, he decided to go into his stash in the back never informing us that it was gel polish he was retrieving. They offered the same exact color in regular polish as with gel. So when he pulled it out and asked if we like the color, we said yes. We had no idea he was switching it to gel polish when as I said we were looking at the regular polishes on the wall. He charged us $40 to cut down and polish her nails. I feel that that was a great deception and the nails did not even look as well as the ones she came in with initially. Be careful and ask many many questions; do not let them overcharge you."
