"This is for Tool Mart in MISSISSIPPI: I have to admit I was concerned about ordering from this Tool Mart based on some of the reviews (Which may actually be for other Tool Marts in the country), but they had a light fixture I believed was exactly like one in a small home I recently bought, and it was available for a reasonable price with a damaged box according to the description, so I took a chance. I actually only needed the replacement acrylic cover to replace the damaged one on mine, and am happy to say that it arrived very quickly, was boxed well enough, and the cover was just fine.... which I was afraid wouldn't be since it was described as a damaged box. The shipping cost was reasonable as well based on what shipping costs are these days with various companies. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE IN TENNESSEE FROM THIS COMPANY."

"It’s a wonder my items are even in one piece. They were thrown in a small cardboard box. No peanuts. Nothing. I tiny thin sleeve of plastic over the glass bodies. Missippi(?) to California? Come on. The items were in lousy condition also. No product packaging. Dirty and some plastic parts were warped. Maybe they are a salvage business? Won’t order from them again."

"Watch the shipping prices. They look like they have really good prices, but stick it to you in shipping fees. They charged me $30 to ship a few cabinet pulls to me. The shipping cost is easy to miss when checking out and they don’t offer refunds of any kind even if you contact them moments after checkout. I’m surprised businesses still operate this way. Other than that, they shipped me the right product in a timely manner. But the shady pricing scheme will definitely have me shopping elsewhere in the future."

"Ordered some Ryobi tools. They were less than price of new and labeled as damaged box and at that price I was expecting they were open box items basically and it appears that they were. Basically new condition. One of my items (ryobi angle grinder) was missing a part and I emailed customer service and Kayla replied right away and made it right above my expectations. Highly recommend Toolmart if you want to support an American small business."

"Ordered a replacement pump for my pressure washer. Pump fit perfectly but caused engine to almost stall. Emailed support from their website and received a reply on a Saturday. After a couple of hints, they decided to replace the pump no questions ask. Customer service was excellent, price on pump was almost as cheap as a rebuild kit."
