"Usually have a good experience here, never had any problems. But after today, I don’t know if I will keep coming back. Whoever did my pedicure scratched the hell out of my foot, I felt it when she was doing the pedicure but I didn’t notice these cuts until I got home and noticed my foot was hurting. Also the girl who did my nails was being so rough and careless, like she was rushing. Not very happy this time."

"$260+60 tip=$320 for 2 sets of SNS nails & pedis Rushed, uncaring & rough. Cut-up skin & no clean up, shoddy work, nails lifting up & painful. We would be repeat loyal customers if you slowed down, listened and were gentle, didn't cut our skin when you filed our nails or twisted our joints into pretzels. Don't tell me "it tickles" when I am telling you... "No, it hurts, you are cutting me!" Even though my daughters nails were even worse than mine, she gave you a tip out of manners. We would work with a place on how we like our nails & what we want if the staff are polite, gentle & courteous. Instead, you were rushed, rude, & painful."
