"I have had CVS extra care pass for the past 20 years and this summer we traveled across the US and when I tried to use my extra care pass in Colorado the only CVS that were open was the CVS inside Target stores. I stood in line for at least 1 hour and when I reached the counter with 8 employees behind the counter they informed me I that the CVS in Target do not provide the extra care pass benefit. I was extremely disappointed"

"Ordered 1 photo... Literally 1 photo I had done in an 8x10 for my dad's birthday. Was supposed to be ready for pickup between 4pm and 7 pm. It wasn't. Apparently nobody checks their photo online orders.... Not heading to my dad's house with no photo and no birthday present. I've previously used Walmart and Walgreens for photos and never had an issue!! I will never use CVS for anything after this. Apparently it's too much to ask for them to print 1 single photo! They simply can't be bothered!"

"This pharmacy is fabulous ! The caring and detail to deal with me and others that I see in the store is amazing. I have asked so many question since my husband became a cancer patient and they have ALWAYS went well beyond my expectations. If all stores could show the caring and compassion as the Semmes store we would definitely live in a much better place."

"Worst customer service.... The pharmacy I have used for over 7 years is closing and didn't have my prescription. I called and checked with every other of our local pharmacies. They we're all very nice and considerate enough to let me know if it was in/out of stock or on back order, to not waste my doctor's or my time, EXCEPT for CVS. Whoever answered was the rudest most unhelpful pharmacist I have ever experienced. Don't recommend anyone to go through the same..."

"This was the craziest way to be denied purchase. So my wife had coupons about 12 we paid $5 on the cvs app for membership. So we had the items below well over $200 that’sv the pics in the buggy. We got to the register at 8:57 pm we understand they close at 9. We were shopping and they came and told us they close in 5 minutes. So when we get to check out the young man told us if we have any coupons we can’t use them because they close at 9. It was 8:57 on November 1 I ask fir his name he refused to give it to me. The only reason we were there was because our coupons expire on November 2 I will be on the store tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. The young man refused to give me his name because he knew they were in the wrong his manager told him to refuse to scan the coupons"
