"Fridays online hours say open until 8pm , my husband and son were just there and not only does it say closes at 7 on the door, but one of the girls working there did not do a very good job on my husband's hair.It is choppy on one side,and she didn't shave the back of my son's neck which I always assumed it was standard with a haircut either way it grows back and it's a damn good thing , so if you have read my review , I recommend enter at own risk at SuperCuts in Saraland Al."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to Supercuts to get my haircut. The stylist was lining me up with trimmers and cut off half of my eyebrow!!! While I looked in the mirror with my mouth hanging open in shock, she apologized in a nonchalant manner, then told me to follow her to the cash register so I can pay for the haircut. The show must go on, I guess. I was appalled! The manager, Donna, reluctantly got involved. She told the stylist not to charge me the $16 for the haircut. I asked for the corporate phone number, but Donna said that location is privately owned, and she would call the owner then call me. I never did hear from Donna or the owner. While I'm walking around with half of an eyebrow, they don't feel the need to do anything to make it right with me. Apparently, customers' experiences are not priority. This was the worst experience I have ever had while getting a haircut. My advice is to avoid this place like it's full of covid. It's a cold hearted environment. The owner should've reached out to at least apologize. She or he is very unprofessional and, apparently, doesn't care about customer retention. Despite many warnings from local people and other bad reviews here, I still gave them a chance. That was a very bad decision."
