"I went in for a wash and trim. They were super rough on my coarse hair. The washer didn't know how to detangle my hair properly with care. The woman who took care of me after the wash dismissed my pleas for less heat and for her to part my hair correctly. She kept going over straightened sections over and over again, which resulted in heat damaged mid shaft in my hair... Last year, I cut my hair from heat damaged, made it to shoulder length this year just for me to go through the entire process again. I was planning to grow my hair to mid back next year so I can begin my loc journey and now I have to start over. I went to another stylist that took the time to care for my hair, she cut as much as possible that she deemed to be safe to keep until I grow it out. The ladies here are nice but in my opinion they do not care for natural hair and the client's overall experience. I will never return again."
