"Not impressed. I do, however, like how Dr. Justus treats his patients. He is kind and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER! Their billing is the most goofed up billing I have ever seen. I was given an estimate at the beginning of what I needed to have done. I go and was told I owe more than $100 on something I was told was only 35 because I made a payment from the last time. It showed my delectable and payment on another appointment as "credit." So I paid what I had to THEN get billed for something else! I have never in my life! I got a statement from them and within a week I was getting a call wanting to know if I got the statement and that I needed to pay the balance. I got kinda ugly and told them I would make a payment on the day I could because I live pay check to pay check.... Not impressed.... I have no problem with the staff, other than the one I got ugly with, but boy.. what a whammy. I am looking for a new dentist to use."
