"My biggest issue is her assistant. The meanness, please sweep and wash your hands. Using hand sanitizer alone does not kill germs. Clean those dirty combs because using them from client to client when people walk straight in off the streets to get their hair done and you don't wash it is nasty when sharing combs. You don't know if they really washed their hair or not. They could have a scalp infection something that's contagious. I am reporting these nasty SHOPS THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED?"

"I have been coming here a little over a year and a half now and I’ve always been satisfied with every style. Nafi is a very nice lady. She gets as close to the pics that I’ve shown her than any other stylist I have Been too. She works very fast , I have never sat in her chair long even with my tribal braids on the first pics(maybe 3 hours).My crochets in the 2nd pics didn’t take long either She is also honest about braids that are not for your hair type so you won’t waste your money….That was a bigggg plus for me. She also has the lowest prices when it comes to the African hair braiding. I Definitely come here to get every last one of my braid styles and will continue as long as I can."

"They can braid any style. It is an African hair braiding establishment. However. If u plan on getting braids in a reasonable amount of time get ready to factor in 2 hours of talking amongst themselves and in the phone WHILE doing your hair. The conversation has NOTHING to do with you yet u MUST wait for them to finish. The building has no heating or air so the customers SUFFER. They do NOT know anything about basic hair maintenance. They will rip all your edges out and tell u that you're crazy they are beautiful thin like theirs are. Pay attention. NONE of them have hair not edges I would beware. I have been a customer for almost 3 years because of loyalty to a friend who referred them. Not only do they not remember my friend, but they don't remember my name after coming in here so often. Bottom line the $220 I pay for twists and NOTHING else would go so much further with an ACTUAL salon where they cater to you and your hair for that amount of money. This is my last trip here."
