"Worst enterprise location I’ve ever dealt with. To give a back story I’ve used enterprise services previously in the exact situation I’m going to explain today and was still refused service based on a lie. And I discovered it was a lie after calling corporate. Traveling through Jasper on military order to Missouri my truck broke down. I needed an emergency rental car. However I only had a paper copy of my license which was not expired and I was able to support with two more forms of identification. One being a state issued carry permit and my federal common access card. All were denied and told they can’t accept it but only cause it was paper and nothing was said about not being able to further confirm my identity. It would be easy to sum this up as racism due to the history of Jasper, AL. However I’m summing it up as ignorance and making up their own rules."

"Good folks! I had a rental from another location and it broke down. After an all day process I finally got to Enterprise in Jasper. The man who helped me was very professional, soft spoken and just plain out nice. Everything he said was yes ma'am or no ma'am. Very polite. Very helpful. Was in and out in about 20 minutes.
