"Spent quite a bit of money on a root canal and crown, today is a year later with an infected tooth and a baseball on my cheek! They told us to find a general dentist or something (have already done that and got a referral to endo). We also had a $100 balance that I was unaware of (they are usually good about taking your money before you can leave, but i guess they estimated incorrectly and changed this after i paid), they were most concerned with this. "Dr. Robinson and his staff are absolutely the very best!! I will never consider using anyone else! After having a horrible dental experience 20 years ago, I have struggled with panic attacks, especially when "rubber dams" are used. I had a molar crowned over three years ago but the tooth continued to hurt. A month ago the tooth became abscessed so I needed a root canal. After checking MANY Endodontists in the surrounding three counties, I could not find one that would do a root canal without using a rubber dam. I was so distraught and in such a panic, I was ready to have the tooth pulled. A fellow church member suggested Dr. Robinson so I called their office. From the very beginning, every member of his staff was kind and sensitive to my fears and did everything they could to put me at ease. I had the root canal this morning. I went in already in panic mode but left amazed that I had made it through the procedure without any pain and without having a single panic attack. Dr. Robinson and his staff explained every detail of the procedure, offered help to calm all my anxieties, stopped frequently to let me "collect" myself and were just so kind and considerate that the procedure was over before I knew it. This was the BEST experience I have ever had in a dental office!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Robinson and is staff!!"

"Dr. Robinson did a root canal on a cracked decayed tooth that could not be saved. I paid $1100 out of pocket for the root canal. 10 weeks later, I returned because tooth was sore & sensitive. . Dr. Robinson offered a redo at a discounted price of $1050 that might help. . Tooth is infected & will have to be extracted. I am very displeased by this because I asked him if it could be saved at the beginning. Also $1100 is a lot of money for us. Edited to add: rootcanal was pain-free and completed in approximately 1 hour. Bad news, you get a root canal whether you need it or not. UAB dental school is excellent and prices are %50 lower."

"Let me just start with saying I personally hate going to the dentist with the power of a thousand burning suns. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with dentists and even oral surgeons, but today Dr. Robinson changed all that for me. I went in for my first ever root canal today! I walked in scared to death fearing the worst. I had at least a hundred different terrifying thoughts racing though my mind as I sat there in the waiting room. After a short wait, I was called back to a room. After meeting Dr. Robinson for the first time, he IMMEDIATELY put me at ease. He was very friendly, empathetic, and professional. He explained everything he would be doing prior to the procedure. He was very thorough and didn’t rush anything like most do just to get you in and out. He even went above and beyond, compared to my past experiences with dental work, to make sure I was entirely numb before even touching my tooth. Once he started, it was all over before I even realized it. Everything was completely painless and even when all the Novocain had worn off afterwards I still haven’t experienced any pain! So, if anyone reading this is needing a root canal and/or is scared to death of getting one, you don’t need to have that fear when seeing Dr. Robinson. Let me just put it this way, after my experience today with this caring, talented, and extremely knowledgeable dentist, I would rather go in and get a root canal any day over having a tooth pulled. If I could give 10 stars I would! I can’t thank him enough for fixing my abscessed tooth and instantly ridding me of months of EXCRUCIATING pain."

"I want to say that Dr. Robinson is one of the most professional people I’ve ever been to. He has a good personality and great bedside manner. He did a root canal for me in 2012, and I had no problems. I went to him today because my dentist told me I needed a root canal on another tooth. He did an X-ray, and checked the tooth out, and said you don’t need a root canal. This tooth is fine. I appreciated his honesty so much. I trust him and will definitely go to him again if I have anymore issues with my teeth. His office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Debra Clemons"
