"Beware of this salon! I went in and asked for a layered hairstyle, showed her photos of several long layered hairstyles and ended up with a mullet, for real. The stylist used thinning shears all over my head, creating a 70’s style shag-style mullet. Not what I was going for but would’ve been great in the 70’s! I had to go to another salon to have it fixed."

"I had a red hair lady and even though she was nice, my hair was botched. It was patchy, uneven, and messed up bad. Another stylist had to step in and fix my hair because of how she messed it up and she saved my hair. Once I got home I had to get my wife to try and use scissors to cut all of the hair she missed. I’ve been getting my hair cut here since I moved to Alabama and they have been nothing but great but I will not be getting my hair cut by her again."

"I’ve been getting hair cut at other Great Clips and they were good. The hair cut I received this time was terrible, the clipper used by the stylist also hurt my skin. Hope this gets rectified."

"Took my son to get a haircut here today. The receipt says Kayse cut his hair, but I am not sure because she had an attitude from the moment we walked in. First thing she did when he sat down was check her phone. During his haircut she answered store phone 3 times which I find both to be unprofessional when you are dealing with someone’s head. Anyway, I asked her for a fade, and a lineup around his hairline. The cut was sloppy at best, and she didn't even bother to brush the loose hair hair off his face. When we got to the car I noticed that one side of his hairline wasn't lined so I told my son to go back in to get it fixed. He didn’t want to go in because he says she was really rough with the clippers. I told him we paid for the service so we went back in, the lady still had an attitude like she was doing me a favor. I told her that he said she had been too rough with the clippers, and instead of apologizing she said she only did what the clippers do. Sad we received terrible service today. Definitely not letting her touch my kid again."

"I'm an old soldier from the United States Army and I took my 9 yr old son in to get a proper haircut. His mother takes him in and he comes out looking like Justin Bieber and I'm not having that. When I took him in he came out looking more like Tom Hardy! The woman stylist listened to what I said and checked with me throughout my son's haircut to ask if I was happy with it. I gave her a very good tip and I was happy to go there and will be back. My son says it's the best haircut he's ever had."
