"During my recent routine dental visit, I was treated by a new hygienist, Crystal. Because of my persistent teeth sensitivity, Crystal recommended that I try a new cleaning method. I was apprehensive at first. I decided to give it a try after she carefully explained that the new system would take less time and would be just as effective as previous cleaning methods. Crystal was very patient while she conducted my teeth cleaning. She educated me on the new procedure as well. The process was quick and less painful, just like Crystal explained. They were extremely nice. They allowed me to go ahead and come in one hour after being on the phone with them. The staff made me feel welcomed at my arrival. The examination went smoothly.
