"Dr. Patel is so nice! We had such a good experience with my mom as Aspen Dental. She is in a wheelchair. Their office is accessible and everyone was It was worth the drive from Florence. My whole family will be going here moving forward."
"I have not been to the dentist in nearly a decade. I have always hated dentist appointments because I hate leaving with bloody gums or a sore mouth. The girl who cleaned my teeth was (madison) and she did such a great job! If everyone was like her it would make going to the dentist a lot more bearable. I also encountered this super sweet person named Ceanna and she was very understanding and listened to the problems that I had she had the absolute most sweetest personality. 10/10 recommend going here for your next dental appointment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"These guys are like the timeshare salesman of dental. My experience was quite ridiculous. It went like this: I have a chipped tooth, want to get it fixed so I set up an appointment for them to look at the tooth. My appointment is at 8:15AM. I did not get seen until after 10:00AM. Okay, things happen. However, I had to work at 11, and I asked the receptionist if I would be able to be seen before 10, and she said “oh yeah of course”. So that is already off to a bad start. I’m finally taken back for X-rays after 10:00am, when that was over they take me into a room to wait for the hygienist. They do this thing, where they poke your gums on every tooth and call out a number that is supposed ti rate how bad your gums are. This process takes forever. I reminded him that I’m just here to have my chipped tooth looked at. They still go thru this whole process saying it must be done before they can examine further. After this long and painful ordeal, the hygienist talks to me for a while about their service of cleaning up your gums. Blah blah blah. Then she leaves and the doctor comes in. Instead of looking at my chipped tooth, he instead says he’s going to check my number scales again. He was apparently unhappy with the hygienist assessment, and decided to make a training lesson out of it. He pulls the hygienist back in the room and starts poking my gums again, much more painful, and told her that she was “being too gentle” and that all of her numbers were too low. I was quite irritated at this point as it was already time for me to be back at work. He continues to lecture the hygienist and then I heard something I could not believe. He said to her, “always overestimate your numbers, because by the time they come back it will be that number anyway”. Yeah whatever. So he instructed her to lie and say that the guns are really worse than what they are, as part of his training. But again, I was not there for that! He is continuing his training lesson, and the assistant that was in the room with us knew I was in a hurry and I told her I needed to go. I got up and left while the doctor and hygienist were still going over my gun chart. I get to reception and they already have this whole plan set up, expensive I might add, for my gum therapy nonsense. I said “I just need to get the chipped tooth fixed. Nothing else”. The receptionist then went on to tell me that I had to have all those services done before they could fix my chipped tooth as it it company policy. The total bill for everything they wanted me to agree to was hundreds of dollars and included an 100 dollar toothbrush. I have had a chipped tooth fixed twice before at other dentist. They don’t do all this. You go in and pay for the service of having your tooth fixed. Nothing else. Aspen tries to sell you on all this stuff. Makes it seem wonderful and if you refuse they won’t do anything else for you. I paid my copay and that’s all. I will never go back there again. And that doctor or rude as well for no reason. Horrible business. Corporate chain"
