"I checked in online and had a 35 minute wait. Got to the salon with a 21 minute wait, and there were two customers checked in ahead of me. None of the stylists came to check me in. I sat there for 10 minutes, and two men cam in and they checked them in ahead of me! This is sorry service at best!! Inexcusable!! I am furious! They said there was nothing they could do. I recommend they try to DO THEIR JOB BETTER!!"

"The service was great, and the employees were nice. The atmosphere is that of the typical hair salon, albiet not as flashy as a place like Lifestyles. Speaking of the service, I was in-and-out in about 5-ish minutes, which was surprisingly fast for me, since I'm used to haircuts taking 10+ minutes. Overall, if you're looking for a fast cut, I'd say check this place out. EDIT: Look at that, my first owner response! Stay zesty, owner of this place."

"I came to this location Thursday for a back to school cut. It’s almost like the lady didn’t understand the notes left. I tried to explain and show a photo and seemed as if I was being brushed off. She cut my hair way to short on the sides. She cut hair that she wasn’t supposed to. She forgot to cut hairs. Honestly the worst cut I have ever had. It is so bad I could cry. It turned out nothing like the reference photo I showed. Now I have to go to school looking like a joke. This is the cut verses the reference photo. Overall, she was such a sweet person, just not the greatest at cutting hair. Not worth the $20 I paid."
