"I ordered hair from here about 3 years ago(maybe longer) at the time he was getting his hair from Cynthia Bailey from housewives of Atlanta her picture was on the hair when it came. He purchased it from her company. They hair was dyed and installed and held up excellent. I still have the hair. About 1 1/2 ago he was having a back to school sale so I ordered 4-30 inch bundles. I wanted these a different color so the same stylist used the same dye but dyed these bundles red. When she was washing the hair the water would never run clear ( meaning the hair didn't take the color well) so at some point she just stopped. After air drying it and flat ironing it, we noticed the hair had a plastic smell. We went ahead with the install. Immediately after the install and us taking pics the ends began to frizz. We just thought I was swinging it to much. She flat ironed the ends and I left. In the 30 minutes it took me to get home the hair had trippled in size from frizz and was tangled up. When I brushed it out so much shedding!! Anyway I contacted the company by email and by going on Instagram saying 'hey you need to respond to my e-mail' I was finally emailed back. They told me they no.longer worked with Cynthia Bailey and that they had a new vendor but that I could return the hair for a full refund. Okay great but one problems.you didn't send me an address as to where to return it. I tried to no avail for 6 months emailing everyday what is the address, how do I need to prepare the package and stuff like that and never got a response. Jaylon's turning to a woman a** is unprofessional and what guess around comes around he won't continue to scam people and get away with it. Side note afterwards I looked on BBB and hia company has a F rating and if you google his name you will see several complaints like these. The only people leaving good reviews are him and his friends with fake profiles"

"Terrible customer service. I ordered hair online. Before purchasing I called the number provided online to confirm if I had selected Indian wavy hair since I was unclear. The person on the other end sounded as if he was on a cell phone and in a hurry. He quickly answered my question and the call was ended. When the hair arrived it was much more curly than wavy. After about 2-4 weeks the hair began to get matted, tangled and knotted. After a month I had to cut the hair shorter to keep it from tangling. I inquired online numerous times asking for suggestions in maintaining the hair and received no response. So I took to social media, which as I expected...got a response. He asked me to send him a private message which I did numerous time, and got no response. I commented on an IG post he made and he claimed his messages were not working. So I sent an email twice. And have never gotten a response. I spent over $500 in hair that is trash! After payment is received he could care less about what goes on. I made the investment so I would not have to continually purchase hair. I bought this hair around February and I have to start over with another vendor. The website advertises that the hair lasts for 1 year or more. This isn't my first time buying weave so I know how to buy and what to buy. I have never had an issue with previous vendors. Ever."

"The studio and the workers there were nice. The installation was great but within a week the hair showed it's true form. Spent 300+ on the hair and it only lasted a month. I was told they had a bad vendor at the time. I've been trying to see if there is anything I could do about it with Jaylon but he has been very rude and blunt about it and now has stopped responding. WARNING!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Quality could've been extremely better and customer service is everything."

"I ordered hair from here and I never received hair or a refund, I've lost count on how many times I have called and either being sent to voicemail or just flat out ignored . Me being a college student money doesn't grow on trees so being scammed like this from some a hair studio who holds such "High Standards" for themselves is outrageous . My case wasn't the only one . Multiple people on his Instagram page were commenting about the same problem , but their comments were quickly deleted along with mine . Kicking a problem under the rug is never a way an establishment should handle a problem especially when dealing with people's money ."

"IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR HEALTHY, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!! I was a walk in customer and let me say this place is absolutely gorgeous! The design was well thought out; the staff are professional and friendly. I'm natural and my hair is pretty hard to deal with, but Cornesha made sure my hair was silky and healthy. The stylist do educate you on how to take care of your hair, and also know how to dye hair and maintain its health! I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone of all race. ☺️"
