"Let me start with its so uncomfortable to walk in the door and be followed around like I guess a criminal. Had 3 new bottles to exchange for more and was told I couldn't do that. The lady up front who was loud n doing alot of extra stuff. I won't use that location again..... Didn't get what I went for because I was really ready to leave.So RUDE N LOUD and didn't give any help at all. I will be contacting the corporate office.. And absolutely recommend using another location. Gonna try Riverchase next."
"This is, by far, the absolute best Bath & Body Works store I have ever shopped at. The associates are always so outgoing and welcoming; it feels more like I'm talking to a girlfriend than a salesperson. I stop by once a week, sometimes more, just to treat myself to a new body spray, lotion, candle, etc.. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works location for great quality, selection and amazing customer service!"
