"Worst customer service. If you absolutely must shop at Ulta, drive to Huntsville. The manager issued a store credit. She knew full well that the item I was looking for wasn't in the store, which is why she couldn't do an exchange. She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall."

"Black Friday sales paper was misleading dates were confusing even the ppl who works there was confused about what was on sale other than this it’s just like any other ulta over priced beauty products that we are all still going to buy or most of us will"

"The first time I made an appointment to get a haircut my stylist was walking out as I came in. She forgot and went to lunch. Ok no biggie it happens. Next couple of times was good. Same stylist made an appointment to get my haircut. When I showed up they had moved without a call or text to tell me to reschedule.Made another appointment with same stylist. She forgot and when I arrived at my scheduled time she wasn't there. They tried to get a hold of her and finally she said she could be there in 20 or 30 minutes. Appointment was at 10 not 11. Unfortunately I am now trying to find a new hair salon. Sorry Ulta. Three strikes and you are out."
