"The service is so slow. The lobby will be full and they will just talk or walk around and move at a glacial pace. Walked in today and there were 2 ahead of me and 2 stylists. One stylist got finished and went to the back for 20 mins. The other stylist moved so slow. It would be great if they would step it up and move faster. Everything else is great."
