"My girlfriend normally decides out of the blue to get her haircut and when she does she has her mind set that she has to get it done then. When she called 2 see if she could get her haircut without an appointment they welcomed her without a problem even though the girl was about to leave. she made sure my girlfriend was happy with her hair, she took her time and reassured her she would do anything she wanted differently if she wasn't pleased. You could really tell she cared about what she was doing and she did a great job."

"I'm normally a spur-of-the-moment type when it comes to getting my hair cut. Which isn't a good thing when you're as particular as I am about my hair. I've never had someone be so patient with me while trying to describe what style cut I was wanting- & not only did she patiently listen to me--she was more than willing to do more by making any changes to the length/style to make sure I was happy with it.
