"IM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! literally 10 mins ago I ordered a hot &spicy, large, and small fry. The lady at the drive thru had a nasty attitude when asked about the free sandwich deal. My daughter & I fries were sooo hard as if it was overcooked or been sitting for minutes. My hot & spicy didn't have extra mayo as I asked and was also very hard as if the sandwich had been sitting also. I'm very upset with the customer service tonight!!I threw everything away. Customers are being ignored about the service although we're spending our money! Pure disrespectful and unsatisfied"
"The drive thru is extremely slow and you have to park in reserved spaces even of you are the only person in the drive thru. The employees are VERY nice and the food is great. Timing - not so much."
"My food had to be remade they redipped my fries and nuggets forgot some of my food for the 10th time. Worse McDonalds in biloxi. Employees are always rude especially the sassy big fella ( except a nice black girl with glasses). I’m literally never rude to them always polite to each of them because I know being a service worker ain’t easy. But this had to be said."
