"I asked for a cool icy blonde with a dark cool tone shadow root. I showed her a picture and explained I have warm hair and it will turn gold easily. I'm also a hairdresser so I have lots of knowledge of color. I always try to give my buisness to other local salons. Angela didn't listen to anything I said and when I got in the sun my hair was exactly what I didn't want, gold. I text her and her response was you were happy when you left the salon. I told her in the sun it's warm, gold. She has not offered to to tone it, or correct the color at all. I'm very disappointed with my color and now I will have to go to another stylist to have it fixed so I'll be paying double. As a hairdresser myself I know it usually helps to listen to your client. I will never go back to her. But as always please tip your stylist, which I did"
