"I mostly pick up app orders. They are quick and deliver in great timing. A GrubHub order I placed they forgot my drink, and then a pickup order they forgot my milkshakes and I had to get out and go inside to get them. They were made, just left by an employee."

"I bought a biscuit and gravy and hashbrown. Ate half of it and found 2 beard hairs. Took it back and told them. They offered a refund but I had already eaten half of it and didn't feel entitled to a refund. I just wanted them to be aware of the problem."
