"I have gone to this location twice. One time, I got a wonderful woman who had great suggestions and I left very happy with my haircut. The next time, I came and and my previous person wasn't there and I got someone else. When the sides were too long, I asked if we could try trimming them down and I got the response of "I'd have to charge for another haircut". She didn't even ask how long I wanted on top, just started going, and I assumed it was on the notes. It wasn't, and she absolutely scalped me and I didn't know until she was done. Between the sides being too long, the top being too short, and my hair being stick straight (which I told her about multiple times), along with a fade on the side I specifically told her not to do, my hair looked like a ball that wouldn't be acceptable past the 3rd grade. Without exaggeration, the worst service I have gotten anywhere that wasn't a Taco Bell. Update: returned to the salon the next weekend and they were happy to fix my hair, definitely a much better experience!"

"I have been going to this Great Clips for years and today was the first time I was unhappy with my experience. I went in for a shampoo, cut, and style, and a man was in the chair when I arrived. She spent 20 minutes with him, then called for me. I thought I was in the chair for a consultation, but the stylist gave me a trim that took fewer than five minutes. No shampoo and no style. Since it was obvious she wasn't listening to what I wanted, I just paid and left.The two men in the waiting room expressed surprise that I was finished so quickly and actually said their cuts always took longer so they had expected to wait. I don't know if I will return, but I certainly won't return to her chair."

"Got a cut and the stylist was nice, they were not busy and the atmosphere was good. After I got the cut I realized that it was one of the worst I have gotten in a long time. The sideburns were uneven by about a half inch and the neck at the back was gapped. I had to have someone basically redo the cut for me. Very disappointed. Will not be letting her touch my hair again."
