"Scott was absolutely terrible to a teenage girl and her niece in the store! They came in early for their appointment and he told them they had another hour and 30 minute wait and they could go do something while they wait and they sat right in front of the store in their car and they came back in and told them he wasn’t gonna do their hair because he told them 30 minutes and refused to let another girl who offered to do their hair. Horrible experience after I witnessed that.. will not be going back"
