"I went in with my three mouth old baby running a 102 degree fever waited an hour to get even her temperature took in a small room and made to wait there alone with my crying baby for another hour than finally got to a room where she was running a 103.8 and told to just give her Tylenol and Pedialyte and go home that she has covid so there was nothing they could do unless she was unresponsive so now I'm at home with my sick baby hoping it doesn't get to that point because they won't treat her or get down her fever unless she's about dead please pray for my baby girl I'm so lost rn as to why her life doesn't matter"

"Worst place to go. Your better off just going on to Corinth MS Hospital. All they do here is laugh at you and kick out my service dog for seizures."

"Let me just brag on our small town hospital! Came to ER with my dad after he spent two weeks in Baptist memorial Memphis and to say this little hometown hospital went above and beyond is an understatement! Very concerned, respectful, truly caring of the patient and families needs! Dr. McIntosh was exceptionally professional in her knowledge of the situation! She went out of her way to TRY to communicate with Memphis which is joke of a healthcare facility! Iuka hospital ER Dr. and nurses staff were phenomenal! Keep up the good work, if only the big city hospitals like Baptist memorial in Memphis were this professional! Keep up the good work!"

"Going to the ER is a gamble. There are good doctors sometimes; sometimes not. I would drive to Alabama if possible. The nurses are kind and caring; but most of he doctors from Iuka are interested in your insurance. Many of them are not knowledgeable of modern technology or drugs. If you have the flu or a cold, they probably can treat you. If it is serious, hopefully you will be transferred to Tupelo or Memphis. They can definitely make you feel humiliated. Bedside manner?(LOL)"

"Have never once had a problem until today but I also haven’t been there often. Just don’t go to the ER. The nurses and other staff are great just the dr on duty today was extremely unprofessional. Would leave 0 stars if I could and already have a complaint filed. Never felt like I couldn’t go to a hospital before until now"
