Harold Lomenick - State Farm Insurance Agent

"I had an Uncle pass away on September the 1st 2021. I went in to see the State Farm agent in Iuka to speak to the agent and when I walked in I asked for Mr. Harold Lomenick. There was a gentleman there on the phone and the lady at the front desk made the comment "he's sitting right there" pointing to the man on the phone. I told them my uncle had passed away and that I was taking care of the estate and I gave them my name and information. I sold both vehicles on October 15th and I called to let them know to cancel his policy and reimburse the money left and send it to my address. On November 21st I called to check on the money coming back from the policies and was told they took care of it. I verified my address with them again. As of December 20th I still had not received any refunds so I called Customer care and they called the office in Iuka and Jenny called me back and told me the checks had been mailed out and if I hadn't gotten them to call her back the next day and she would reissued them which I did and I verified my address again. She said she had it taken care of and they would come to my address. I did receive one of the checks on December 21st evening when I got home from work and it had been sent to my uncle's original address which had to go back through the postal system and forwarded to my address. I tried to call the agent to let them know about the address twice and left a message for Jenny to call me back on December 23rd and still no response. I called Customer Care and spoke with a wonderful and compassionate lady named Crystal and she saw where there was nothing in the system to have the checks sent to my address and that they had been reissued but again were sent to my uncle's original address. Crystal reissued the checks again and put my address in the system for them to come to me which should have been done in the first place. I think if Mr. Lomenick cares about his business he needs to handle issues himself, retrain Jenny to to a better job and have a better attitude or get another assistant to do his work."
