"If you decide to shop here, USE CASH, instead of a debit or credit card. Though I did purchase some quality hair from them, my debit card was WRONGFULLY CHARGED for a separate transaction that I did not complete at their store. I asked for a refund, but I was denied on three separate occasions, after presenting proof of purchase, bank statements, waiting "5 business days", and awaiting their owner's approval. I filed a dispute with my bank, and have yet to be successful."
