After speaking with her on the phone I drove 1 hour to get here and all she would say is she didn’t know this was the hairstyle I wanted and she doesn’t do it! And she was very rude about it!! Which hair stylist doesn’t know how to do crochet??!! So lazy I tell you! Do not visit this store!"

"I got some Senegalese twists done, paid $250. Few weeks later paid $100 to get my hair touched up. The lady that did my touch up was horrible at doing the twists. My twists were small and long, when I got the edges redone they was twice the size of my original twists. The twists were so big they just slid right out my head. Needless to say I called several times to go back and get them redone they were always too busy and/or read my messages and not reply. I was told they would be at the shop at 2 on Sunday to redoMy hair. Nobody answered the phone. I was asked to take the braider home and I did being nice. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible experience"

"I sent a pic and was quoted a price of $130. I showed them the same picture before they started.When my hair was finished they told me $200. The owner blamed the price difference on them not understanding English very well. I paid the $200 and told her I would never ever return again. Just a reminder to make sure all is understood price wise before they start on your hair."
