"I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Let me just say the service in Mississippi is already by far the worst. But this Pizza Hut, I’m telling you if I was the owner I would be ashamed to call this my store. The people who work here at this place have no pride in their job. Lazy is an understatement. The disrespect was uncalled for. When I asked for a refund I got hung up on twice. When I asked for a supervisor I was lied to. A real huge disappointment when you wait over almost two hours for a pizza when the place was only ten minutes up the road. Do not and I mean do not use this Pizza Hut until there is changes made."
"Called 7 times for a to-go order. Placed on hold immediately the first time. Answered then hung up the second time. Answered asked to put on hold the third - then hung up. Immediately hung up the 4th. Asked to be put on hold the 5th, waited 10 mins then hung up. 6th and 7th immediately hung up. Called another local store on Washington, best experience and the nicest customer service. Never will this location get my business again. Terrible."
"Ok. We are 1.2 miles away and out order at 6:30 Pm on Labor Day Took 1 hr exactly. Food wasn’t bad. Driver was a little strange. Pizza was medium temp but not sure how many deliveries the guy had. ( I delivered for Doninos in the 80s when 30 min or Free) We had garlic Knots and wings and 2 pizzas. Also the Herseys cookie was burnt in the edge as you can see in the picture. Also, no napkins or plates even though we asked for plates. Lots of Food going to a Hotel....HELLO? Common sense."
"New visitor to Biloxi. They have a dine in option at this location as the other two pizza huts were takeout or delivery only. Great customer service. Clean restaurant for the most part in the dining area. Bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner and refreshed. Can't really go wrong with pizza hut. Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and two veggie lovers pizza, one with thin crust and the other with pan crust. Delicious, warm and fresh."
