"Great customer service! They tried to get me the product I really wanted and helped significantly! Thank you staff 2/19/24"
"Great customer service no matter what shift I visit the store."
"I stress do not, and I mean do not buy anything out of the roller Grill. We went in the other night and wanted a few of their taquitos. It’s a self-serve so when you went to grab them, you could tell that they weren’t done they were soft. I went in tonight to get a couple of the eggrolls. I asked if they were done yes they were is what I was told I went to grab two they felt a little crisp. Out to the car went to take a bite. They were ice cold, so they went right out the window but I guess it’s because the two people in the young guy and the young dark-haired girl were too busy talking about their personal lives and talking about Klonopin and just goofing around. That store is complete trash. I will travel to Garfield. this one is right on my way home."
"the rude girl working the register was on the phone with her little friend the entire time i was in the store and was actively talking on the phone while servicing multiple customers. they also charge over eight dollars more for a breeze pro than anywhere else and when i tried to return it after literally going out to my car for about 20 seconds she refused to let me return it."
"I don't particularly enjoy going to this store. Though, I walk to most everywhere and this is the closest convenience store. The night shift is on point with stocking and fresh coffee. The day shift seems a bit out of sorts. Another person on staff at that time may be helpful perhaps. Coffee seems to be an issue. Stocking is an issue. Also, the cashier should not be on the floor doing everything and also having to wait on customers. That is stupid. Hopefully this is not an intentional decision by the owner. Lastly, the prices are expensive all around. Compared to other convenience stores, there are not enough monthly deals to justify the high cost of the items they sell. If there was another place next door, I would go there instead."
