"Do not use this pharmacy. My husband received messages on Thursday evening his medicine was ready to be pick up. We go there Friday morning and was told They gave his medicine to someone else and they would have to reorder it and he could have it Monday. When we asked why they gave it to somebody else the lady said it's first come first served. So because of this policy my husband has to wait till Monday to maybe get his diabetic medicine. That was the last straw we're moving all the prescriptions to Kroger."

"I call the pharmacy and ask if my prescription that was sent by my doctor can be filled today and they say yes it will be available after 12pm and then when I get there at 2pm it's not ready and then I'm told that I can't pick it up until tomorrow because it was to soon. But there was 31 days last month instead of 30 and your pharmacist didn't care one bit and you can't understand what he is saying to you and he doesn't even care to try and help or understand!!! I will be looking to move my business to a better place."

Caught off guard with the customer representative Katherine responded with: the cost today will be a million dollars………. Hahaha u made my day!! "I called over phone to have script from cvs transferred over pharmacist was rude and short then requested phone number to cvs knowing i was driving I said thanks for not being helpful he could have looked up then claimed I called him a name when I got there manager honored him being unprofessional probably because they closed in 10 min and he didn't want to do the extra work thank God for grosebeck and utica Friendly and helpful I will spread the word for sure"
