"Terrible experience. Woman and man in pajamas. Definitely don’t look like they work there. Another person passed out in a chair behind the counter. Looks like drugs. No urgency. They didn’t care I was there at all. Made me very uncomfortable"
"Walking in the morning to get coffee you have two people on the counter just on their phones do not greet, walk up to the counter to check out still on their phones. I used to walk in there they say good morning and then say have a good day when you leave. The last two times I've been here there's notes on the door saying it's closed I see two people walking in here is not combed it look like they're wearing pajamas"
"I go in regularly. One morning I had a gift card and swiped it and their machines went blank. Moved me to the next register and rang up again. Again. Swiped my card. Screen goes blank. Tried again at the other register. They decided they could only do cash only until this was fixed. Got home realized I had been charged 3 times. At 16-17$ each time. Tried to call the phones don’t work. Been to busy to stop back by so I wrote the corporation. Hopefully they fix this. Be nice if they had a working phone number."
