"It's kind of silly that they have a you can scan because they have a person with that stands at a register and most of the time the machine doesn't work very well so the person has to come and help anyways and I don't understand why we have to waste time playing with these dumb machines I'm not an employee of the store so don't feel it's my job too cash myself out if they gave at least 1 or 2% discount for you to use the machines then it wouldn't be a problem but I don't work for a ride or CVS or Meijer or Kroger or Walmart or any other places they have the machines also I don't want to take anyone's job from them just so the company can get more money there is over a 400% wholesale over retail difference in prices they are not hurting they can afford employees"

"Dropped a prescription off on Aug. 29th at this location and they told me they have to order a refill for the script and it would take several days. No problem. I called on two different occasions over the last roughly three weeks regarding the timeline on being filled. They told me, "You just need to wait." Unacceptable. It is now Sept. 14 and they still have no idea when it will be filled. So I had another pharmacy in the area transfer the script out and I picked it up today from the Wal-Mart Pharmacy down the road on Highland as well. They were much more attentive. This Rite Aid location's pharmacy is completely unprofessional and I do not recommend it to anyone. I've never had to wait almost three weeks for a simple prescription to be filled. Avoid."

"I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but I felt that I had to write this because I mean every word I say. I have been going to the Rite Aid at 5983 Highland (at the corner of Airport Rd) for many many years. Everyone that works there is always so nice and they all brighten my day. They are not only prompt with getting my prescriptions ready, but they do it with a smile. I have been to a few other pharmacies, but I always, ALWAYS go back to Rite Aid. They are my "home" pharmacy. Hats off to all the employees who work there. The head pharmacist Wejdan is outstanding. Thank you to everyone at the Rite Aid pharmacy for making getting a prescription an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Rite Aid to fill your prescriptions."

"Took my poor review down so posting it is pointless I found out from different pharmacy I just needed to Wait until midnight and I could have purchased my Claritin d no problem. Imagine that somebody gave me good customer service so I behaved like a good customer. What a concept, what a world."

"Great experience, every time. Location is clean, organized, welcoming. Associates are friendly and helpful and never leave me wandering aimlessly before asking if they can assist. Effective communication from the pharmacy to manage and exceed expectation. Fortunately, the new home I purchased offers two locations within 2-3 miles but I do wish there were more locations so others had the opportunity to see a huge difference in services that I believe other chains have lost."
