"Store hours have been changed. Closed at 5 pm on Saturday and then not reopen till 10 am. Never have emergency room sent there. The patient could die before the medicine is received! The CVS should not accept prescriptions from hospitals given these hours."

I was calling for important medication and my dashboard online was not showing that I placed an order several hours prior even though I did. Thanks a lot to the female pharmacist who was working 3/21/22 at 6pm. You have terrible customer service skills and tried making me feel like an idiot even though I was being pleasant and you were in the wrong."
