"I got the wrong dosage medicine from them by once that I did not check the dosage before I open it. And I reminded them at the beginning when I don't need the higher dosage anymore and please don't refill me than one anymore, and for avoiding wrong refill text message, i especially called for clarify the refill dosage. I don't say that they must take back the wrong medicine that I opened, but at least they need to take some responsibilities, or at least apologize, NONE! Just very arrogantly told me:"by law, we can't take opened one back." But what about pay for your own mistakes?!"
