"Downtown dive bar that can stay open later than the rest. Pool, loud music, smoking and lots of liquor. The clientele is as eclectic as it gets. While there, a woman fell off her barstool. Somehow she still owned that moment and had the rest of the bar giving her props. I'm down for that type of crowd."
"Don't go here, because it's great and I don't want any of you to be in my spot when I come in. On a serious note, it's always full of interesting, but friendly characters. The bar tenders are attentive, and unless there is some special event going on, it's a great place to grab a drink after a shift and hang out. During special events it might be full of tourists and too crowded/loud for anything casual. However, you can still get served quickly by the bar tenders. Not too loud, but full of opportunities for 'people watching'. As far as I can tell, it's the local bar that the other local bar/food industry people go to. When they get off and come in late, it's a new wave of even friendlier, and even more interesting characters."
