"The owner of this shop has a nasty unwelcoming attitude. My sister and I visited a while ago and upon entering it seemed like a nice place. While I was there I had to use the restroom and we found one where the door was open and had a welcome sign on the door or the floor so I used it not realizing that it was supposedly private and I should've asked. I'm not upset that she had this preference..Id made a honest mistake but it was her response that blew us away. "Don't you have any manners? Why didn't you think you had to ask to use a private bathroom" (that looked fairly public and welcoming). I suppose she had the impression that we weren't going to buy anything and treated us as if we were going to steal her things so, we politely told her she was rude and that if we were going to support her business before, we no longer would and left. What was even more unnerving is the fact that while we're walking down the street to another boutique to look in, we turn around and she's peeking out her from door watching us the whole way down the block."
